Proportional unloading valve is a device used to control the flow distribution of hydraulic systems, which can achieve fast and smooth unloading of loads in the system according to the set ratio. Proportional relief valves are widely used in various hydraulic equipment that require stable flow distribution and improved system performance.

Principle
The working principle of the proportional unloading valve is based on the principle of pressure sensitivity, which controls the unloading of flow in the hydraulic system according to the demand of the load. When the load in the system increases, the pressure on the load side will rise, and the proportional unloading valve adjusts the valve opening by sensing the pressure change on the load side, thereby achieving flow unloading.

Proportional relief valves typically consist of a variable pressure oil circuit and a constant pressure oil circuit. The variable pressure oil circuit controls the opening of the valve, while the constant pressure oil circuit maintains the proportional unloading valve in a dynamic working state. When the pressure on the load side increases, the variable pressure oil circuit will open and allow flow to pass through, thereby reducing the pressure on the load side. On the contrary, when the pressure on the load side decreases, the variable pressure oil circuit will close and the flow surface will flow through the proportional unloading valve.

Purpose
Proportional relief valves play a crucial role in hydraulic systems and are widely used in various hydraulic equipment that requires flow distribution and regulation. The following are some common uses of proportional relief valves:

1. Improving system efficiency: Proportional unloading valves can control the unloading of flow according to the demand of the load, thereby improving the efficiency of the system. By promptly unloading excess traffic, system overload and energy loss were avoided.

2. Smooth unloading: The proportional unloading valve can ensure a smooth and stable unloading flow on the load side, avoiding the impact and oscillation of the system during load changes.

3. Flow control: Proportional unloading valves can provide different flow controls according to the different demands of the load, thereby meeting the system's flow distribution requirements under different working conditions.
